Ingredients

    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, strips (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .25 cup (remove)
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), .25 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Sour Cream, .25 cup (remove)
    *Cumin seed, .25 tsp (remove)
    Garlic, .5 clove (remove)
    Salt, 1 dash (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
    Chili powder, .25 tsp (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1.5 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
    Flank Steak, 2 oz (remove)
    Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup, shredded (remove)
    *La Tortilla Factory - Low Carb Tortilla, 6 serving (remove)

Directions

Put peppers and onions with olive oil in foil pack and put on grill to cook.

Combine salt pepper and chili powder. Sprinkle over meat. Cook chicken and steak on grill to your liking.

Combine sour cream, cumin and garlic. Refrigerate until serving.

Once meat is cooked and cooled, slice and divide among tortillas. Also divide veggies among tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese, roll up. Serve with sour cream mixture.
