6 muffins per Mix 6 muffins per Mix
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3/4 cup Whole wheat flour
    3/4 cup Oat bran
    1/4 cup 7 or 5 grain cereal
    2 egg whites
    1/2 tspsalt
    1 tbls canola oil
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    2 cups milk

Directions

Mix wet until foamy. mix dry well Pour wet into dry mix
Sit in fridge for 15 to 20 minutes
Add more milk or water after the sit until runny like pancake mix
Cook on grill as hotcakes until one side is golden brown. Instead of flipping over flip the top on the top of the other. wet into wet.
Place in pre-heated oven 350 degree for 15 to 20 minutes
Allow to cool. then cut in half and toast as regilar toasting bread
