4-5 boneless, skinless chicken breast
.25 c lime juice
.25 c light beer
.25 c fresh cilantro
2 tsp minced garlic
.25 tsp salt
.5 tsp pepper
.5 cumin
3 T olive oil
Directions
Coat chicken breast with olive oil, place in slow cooker
Mix the rest of the ingredients together and spoon over the chicken. Cook on high 2-3 hours, on low 6-8 hours. Shred chicken. Makes about 12, 5 oz servings.
