    1 package of Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 1 packet of Lipton Onion Mushroom Soup mix, 1 large can of mushrooms, 2 egg whites, 1 cup of whole oats, 2 tablespoons of worchestershire sauce, 1 cup of diced onions, 1 cup of diced green peppers, 3/4 cup of non-fat milk.


Mix all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Spray large cupcake pans (6 cupcake pan) with Pam. Fill 11 of the 12 holes with mixture and bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. Can serve with marinara sauce over the top.
