    8 oz cooked chicken breast - no bones or skin
    13 oz romaine lettuce
    1 cup red bell pepper, sliced or diced

    3 tbsp olive oil
    1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
    2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp sugar
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp ground black pepper
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1 oz fresh grated parmesan cheese


To prepare vinaigretet combine all ingredients except chicken, lettuce, bell pepper and parmesan cheese.

Combine lettuce, chicken and bell pepper. Pour vinaigrette over and mix well. Sprinkle with fresh grated parmesan cheese.

Make 2 dinner size servings.

Also good with croutons and avocado cubes (not in calorie count).
