    1cup sliced Onions
    2 cups Splenda
    2 Tbls salt
    1 cup vinegar
    1 Tbls celery seed

    Incredible!
    My mother made these every year with the bounty of cucumbers from her garden. Slice everything super-thin, and they'll keep in the fridge for weeks! - 9/6/11

    I've never used Splenda with this but I will because I love these. I slice the cucumbers and onion really, really thin. I don't put in any salt. I've never put in celery seeds but I'll try it. It sounds good. - 5/7/09
