    Macaroni spiral shaped,3 cup
    Chedder Cheese ,4 cup Shredded
    Carnation Evaporated Skim Milk ,385 ml can
    Large White Eggs, 2
    Ground Turkey, .5 lb
    Ground Beef (extra lean), .5 lb
    Salt, 0.25 tsp
    Black Pepper (Ground), 0.5 tsp
    Dry Mustard, 1 tsp


Brown meat in skillet and place in bottom of slow cooker.
mix layers of macaroni and shredded cheese into crock .
Whip milk and eggstogether with spices and pour over entire crock.
Cover and cook 5-6 hrs on low heat setting, do not uncover or stir until last hour.

  • I made this recipe exactly as written and it did not turn out at all as I had hoped. It was dry, not cheesy enough and the noodles were hard. Not enough spices, very little flavour. I had hoped it would be a healthier alternative. I would not recommend this recipe unfortunately. - 9/9/11
