Preheat oven on Broil. Preheat oven on Broil.
Number of Servings: 7


    1/2 c. parmesan, grated
    1/4 c. butter
    3 Tbsp. Fat Free miracle whip
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. dried ground basil
    1/4 course black pepper
    1/8 tsp onion powder
    1/8 tsp. celery salt
    2 lbs. Tilapia Filets


Preheat broiler. Grease a pan. Mix all ingredients except Tilapia in a bowl. Set aside.

Arrange Tilapia in single layer on pan. Put pan a few inches from top and broil for 2-3 min. Turn fish over and broil for 2-3 min. more. Take out and put parmesan mixture over fish and spread. Broil 2 minutes more.
