Ingredients

    3 Lasagna Noodles, cooked (Rozoni, whole wheat)

    8oz Ground Turkey, cooked (Jennie-O Extra Lean)
    tsp Salt
    tsp Italian Seasoning
    2c Pasta Sauce, Garlic and Basil (Safeway)
    1 c Tomato, canned (S&W, ready cut)

    c Ricotta Cheese, Part skim (Lucrene)
    1/3 c Cottage Cheese, Fat-free (Lucrene)

    c Summer Squash, sliced
    2 c Spinach, fresh
    tsp Garlic powder
    tsp Oregano, ground

    4oz Swiss Cheese, Shredded (Lifetime All Natural)

Directions

Cook noodles
Cook Meat with salt, italian seasoning, garlic clove, pasta sauce, and tomato.
Mix ricotta, cottage cheese, garlic powder, & oregano together.

In pan:
Layer meat, noodles, cheese, squash, noodles, sprinkle swiss cheese on top

Bake at 400 for 30-40minutes
