    1 cup chopped bok choy
    198 grams broccoli florets
    255 grams chopped napa cabbage
    128 grams diced mushrooms
    1 cup pineapple chunks, juice drained


Chop all vegetables. Add small amount of water to skillet, add vegetables, cover and steam until tender and bright. Remove cover, add pineapple to warm. Serve with Island Chicken.
