Ingredients

3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbs. cooked lentils
1 1/2 Tbs. water
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 sugar
2 Tbs. egg beaters
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup oats
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips plus 2 Tbs. to drizzle on top of cookies.
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Mix lentils and water w/ eletric beater 30 sec. Add sugars. Beat 1 min. Add egg and vanilla. Beat 30 sec. Add flour mixture. Beat 1 min. Stir in oats and cranberries. Add chocolate chips. On greased pan drop dough by 1 Tbs. 2" apart. Bake 12. min. let cool. Melt extra chocolate chips and drizzle on cookies. Makes 27 cookies.
