    Honey Mustard Marinade
    1/4 c dijon mustard
    1/4 c honey
    1/2 t vegetable oil
    1/4 t lime juice

    2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    2 slices pepper bacon, cooked
    1/4 c Mexican-blend cheese


Mix honey mustard ingredients. Marinate chicken in half of mixture for at least 2 hours.

Cook bacon until crisp.

Cook chicken in bacon skillet until cooked through, top with bacon and cheese. Heat over low heat, covered, until cheese is melted.

Serve with extra honey mustard.
