    1 liter chicken broth
    3 eggs
    2 tbsp grated parmesan
    2 tbsp chopped parsley

Directions

Beat the eggs. Add the cheese and parsley. Pour the egg mix into the boiling broth while whisking. Keep on whisking for about five minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with extra parmesan and white bread (not included in calorie count).
