Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Half cup chopped sweet red bell peppers
    half cup chopped sweet Vidalia onions
    7oz drained solid white Albacore tuna (spring water)
    8oz (dry) whole wheat bow tie pasta
    3 Tbsp Hellmans light mayonnaise
    Mrs dash to taste

Directions

Put pasta on to cook
while pasta is cooking chop peppers/onions
add onions and peppers to pasta for last 5 min cooking to soften and flavor pasta a little
drain and rinse can of solid white tuna (rinse to reduce salt)
once pasta is cooked,drain and place in large mixing bowl
add drained tuna and mayonnaise-stir until combined
sprinkle Mrs Dash-mix completely

can serve hot or cold.As stand alone lunch or as a side salad
if you prefer it cold,refrigerate for approx 1hour before eating

makes approx 4 servings (if you weigh food each serving will be about 6oz.)

I have used 4 servings here to develop the nutrition label but if it is used as a side dish could actually get 6 or more servings out of this recipe.
