    6 cups sliced peaches
    1 T Lemon Juice
    1/4 c. honey
    1 cup spelt flour
    1 cup oats
    1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
    1 t cinnamon
    1/2 c. Land O Lakes light butter


place sliced peaches in a 9x9 dish, drizzle honey & lemon juice over them. Combine remaining ingred. in small bowl with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over peaches, bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes.
