    1 cup black beans (drained and rinsed)
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped tomato
    1/2 cup pasta sauce
    2 cups chopped broccoli
    1 cup 2% shredded mozzerela or any other cheese
    1 whole wheat pre-cooked pizza crust
    and any other veggies you wish


heat oven to 400 F
Add garlic and black beans to the sauce then spread over pizza crust...put onions,tomatos and broccoli and any other veggies on top then top with cheese bake untill cheese is hot and melted
1 serving is 1/5 of the pizza
