Introduction
I saw a copycat recipe of KFC coleslaw and wanted to make it but with a little less calories. This is how I made it and it sill turned out delicious!! I made a lot though... it was for a bbq. Ingredients

2 Bags Classic Cole Slaw Mix
1 Bag Angel Hair Cole Slaw Mix
1.5 C Hellman's Light Mayo
3/4 C Reduced Fat Buttermilk
3/4 C 2% Milk
1 C Splenda
4.5 Tbsp Distilled White Vinegar
7.5 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1.5 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
Place all the cole salw mix in a large bowl and stir around so it is blended well.
In a seperate bowl, mis the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Add the liquid mix to the dry mix and stir until all the cabbage is wet.
Put in refigerator for an hour or so until you serve.
Makes a lot, I guess it was about 24 servings, maybe 3/4 cup each.
