    Shrimp, peeled, 10 medium
    8 oz soba noodles, cooked al dente
    Edamame, Shelled, defrosted in noodle water, 1.5 cup
    Carrots, raw, .75 cup, matchsticks
    Shallots or green onion, 4 tbsp chopped
    Red Pepper flakes, 1 tbsp
    1 lime
    1 small orange
    Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 clove sliced
    Cilantro, chopped 3 tbsp
    Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp


In a big bowl, toss hot noodles, chopped cilantro, defrosted soybeans, carrots, onion, chile.

Saute the shrimp in oil and garlic. Add to noodles.

Make the sauce: orange juice, lime juice, soy, sesame oil and olive oil. Pour over noodles and toss.
