    6 boneless skinless chicken. thawed and rinsed
    1 cup of flour
    2 eggs
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    1 tbsp everglades seasoning (optional)
    1 tbsp garlic salt
    1 tbsp onion powder


mix garlic powder, onion powder, garlic salt, everglades seasoning, and bread crumbs together into a mixing bowl.
Dip chicken in a seperate bowl containing the flour. After it has been diped in the flour dip each piece of chicken into the bowl contianing the bowl of the egg (scrambled, raw). Next roll the chicken in the bread crumbs until the chicken is covered completly as best as you can. The gently lay the pieces of chicken in a shallow baking dish. bake at 400 degress for 40-60minutes. While the chicken is cooking take the materials used to dress the chicken (bread crumbs, flour, egg) and toss because they have been in contact with raw chicken. (contains the salmonella virus passed by raw chicken) at the end of the hour pull out the chicken and cut one of the pieces to make sure that there is no more pink. after it has finished let it cool. then serve!!
