Ingredients

    1/2 cup quinoa (rinsed, uncooked)
    1/2 chicken bouillon cube
    3/4 cup onion (chopped)
    1 cup baby spinach (chopped)
    1/2 cup mushrooms (chopped)
    10oz steak (cut into strips)
    2tbsp montreal steak spice
    1cup feta cheese crumbles.

Directions

1. Cook quinoa in water with chicken bouillon cube.
2. In a separate pan, fry onions until Tender. Add mushrooms.
3. Season steak with spices, and add to onions and mushrooms. Cook until tender.
4. Add cooked quinoa and spinach. Cook until spinach wilts.
5. Mix in feta cheese.
6. Serve!

So yummy! and very filling.
