Number of Servings: 4


    Beef, tenderloin, 1.5 lb
    Lemon juice, 2 tbsp
    Curry powder, 1 tsp
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tsp
    Salt, 3/4 tsp
    Ground Cumin, 1/2 tsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves


1. Cut beef into 2-3 inch strips
2. Combine remianing ingredients in a medium bowl.
3. Add sliced beef and toss well to coat. Let stand for about 20 minutes.
4. Thread beef strips onto four (4) skewers. Place kebabs on a grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 4 minutes on each side or until done.

Serve with yogurt/tahini sauce on pita or over rice.
