Ingredients

    1 lb. - extra lean ground turkey
    1 pieces - whole wheat bread, ripped into small pieces
    8 crackers - Christie Reduced Fat Vegetable Thins
    1/8 cup - Panko Bread Crumbs
    1 - large egg
    1 tbsp. - ketchup
    1 tbsp. - Bulls Eye BBQ Sauce
    1 1/2 tbsp - Diane Maple BBQ Sauce
    1/4 cup - Kraft Shredded Mozza, Cheddar Cheese
    1 tsp - garlic powder
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all the ingredients into the ground turkey. Mix together until fully incorporated. Put into a loaf pan (preferrably glass). Bake in a 350 degree oven for approx. 60 minutes.

Makes 6 - 3 oz. servings
