    1/4 cup graham crumbs
    2/3 cup boiling water
    1 package of lite orange jello
    1 cup 1% cottage cheese
    250g light cream cheese
    2 cups thawed light Cool Whip


Sprinkle crumbs on the bottom of a 9 inch pan.

mix boiling water and jello powder in a bowl until dissolved, cool for 5 minutes. Pour into blender and add cheeses. Blend until smooth.

Pour into a bowl and add cool whip and beat gently.

Pour into the 9 inch pan on top of bread crumbs.

Refridgerate for 4 hours or until set.
