Add to the breading in the ziplock bag, seal, and shake until well coated. Spray a large cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray and pour soy curls onto it, trying to form a single layer. Spray top of soy curls. Broil for five minutes, toss, and broil for another five minutes or until outside of curls is slightly crunchy.

    Very Good
I made this recipe, it was quite good. I forgot to spray the soy curls after putting them on the pan, so they burned a bit, I also stopped the broiler about 2 mins earlier than it said because they smelled done. - 6/8/13

Hi powernoize! After I reconstitute my soy curls then squish them to get rid of the excess liquid they are still usually too wet to dump in a bag of flour or cornstarch without it turning into flour mush, any suggestions? - 1/18/11
