    Athens Fillo Dough (5 sheets), thawed
    Dickenson's Lemon Curd, 8 tbsp
    Yogurt *Chobani* Greek Yogurt, Plain, Non Fat 12 oz
    Strawberries, fresh, 2 cup, halves
    Cooking spray Pam, 3 seconds
    Turbinado Sugar, 1 tsp (sprinkle)


Carefully separate thawed sheets,2 in one pile, 3 in the other. Spray fillo with nonstick spray. Sprinkle with turbinado sugari. Bake at 325 until crisp (7 minutes or so). Mix lemon curd with yogurt. Take fillo out of oven. Put fillo on plate. Layer lemon curd/yogurt mixture and top with berries. Add second fillo stack and repeat layering. Cut into four quarters and enjoy!
