Ingredients

    1 large chicken breast, bone and skin removed, cut into chunks
    MARINADE:
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp dry sherry

    1 tbsp oil
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 spring onions sliced finely and diagonally
    1 tbsp light soy sauce
    0.5 tbsp dry sherry
    1/8 tsp chilli paste
    few drops sesame oil

Directions

Marinade the chicken for 20 mins or longer

Combine sesame oil, light soy sauce, sherry and chilli paste.

Heat oil in wok
Add marinated chicken, stir fry briefly
Add garlic and onion
Add remaining ingredients

Total cooking time approx 5 mins.
