Ingredients

    1 cup skim milk
    1 cup whole fat yogurt
    1 banana
    1 Tablespoon maple syrup
    1.5 Tablespoons ground flaxseed
    1.5 cups strawberries

Directions

Add all of the ingredients to your blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
