    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup
    Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, .5 cup, shredded
    Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup, shredded
    Garlic tofu, Soy Hardy, 1 cup
    Astro 1% Balkan Plain Yogurt, 0.5 cup
    Manicotti, 8 noodles
    Classico Pasta Sauce Garden Vegetable Primavera, 2 cup
    Parsley , 1tsp
    Oregano, .5 tsp


Grate and combine cheeses, crumble in the tofu, add parsley and oregan mash all together and stir in yogurt to moisten. Stuff thesheese mix into the noodles. Place in baking pan and cover with pasta sauce sprinke any remaining mixture over top and bake. Makes 4 two noodle servings.
