    1 medium very ripe avocado
    1/3 cup plain, low fat yogurt
    1 Tbs chopped basil
    2 tsp minced garlic
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper


Combine ingredients in food processor or mortar and pestle until smooth. Use immediately or refirgerate tightly covered.
