    1 lb ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    4 tomatoes, chopped
    1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
    1 bag Mexican-style shredded cheese
    1 small bottle of Thousand Island dressing
    1/4 cup white sugar
    1 packet of taco seasoning
    Nacho cheese Doritoes


Brown beef. Add all but 1 tbsp of the taco seasoning to the meat while cooking.

In a large bowl, mix tomatoes, onion, lettuce, and cheese. Add to this the browned beef (once cooled).

In a small bowl, mix dressing, sugar, and 1 tbsp of the taco seasoning. Dress the salad mix with this, and serve.

Crumble about 1 cup of Doritoes (nacho cheese flavour) into the salad just before serving.

Makes a HUGE amount - at least 12 servings.
