Ingredients

    4 Roma Tomatoes
    1 cup English cucumber
    21 kalamata olives
    1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
    4 oz feta cheese
    Juice from one lemon
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp oregano
    3 cloves garlic
    salt and pepper to taste



Directions

Chop up tomatoes, cucumber,feta, and onion into desired size pieces.Then in a food processor combine: olive oil,oregano, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. After thoroughly mixing, combine all ingredients.
