    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. cream cheese
    1/4 c. finely chopped tomato
    1 oz. (1/4 c) finely shredded cheddar cheese
    2-3 tbsp of finely chopped jalapeno nacho sliced peppers, to taste, depends on how hot you like it..
    2 tbsp of sliced green onions


combine all dip ingredients except onions, mix well, then sprinkle with green onions.

Makes 8 servings, serving size is 1/8 of recipe.

    Fabulous. I used a lower fat cream cheese (Neufchatel). Also, used canned diced tomatoes (you can get a lower sodium can) and chopped them and strained them. Plus, I de-seeded the jalepeno slices. I love hot, but I wasn't sure if the partygoers would. Everyone wanted this recipe. - 7/25/11

    I made this just a few moments ago and sampled it before my husband gets home. It is absolutely yummy! I think I may have added a bit too many jalepenos but that's ok we love hot we'll manage lol I did sub. the cream cheese. I used 1/3 cup low fat cottage cheese instead and wow! Even lower Cal. - 7/18/07
