    # Shrimp cooked with tail on Preference, 2 serving (remove)
    # Ginger Root, 4 tsp (remove)
    # Soy sauce Angostura, 2 tbsp (remove)
    # Scallions, raw, 2 medium (4-1/8" long) (remove)
    # Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.25 cup, sliced (remove)
    # Corn starch Argo 100% pure, 1 tbsp (remove)
    # Chicken Broth, 0.25 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    # Oranges, 1 large (3-1/16" dia) (remove)
    # Brown rice boil in bag Success, 2 cup (remove
    Spray pan with 2 tbsp olive oil (or your choice), peel ginger and add to pan with shrimp & soy sauce and then set aside keeping warm. Add to pan chicken broth or a little water with red pepper cut in strips and scallions. Stir fry until tender. In small bowl mix cornstarch & broth, then add to pan stirring until thickened. Add seafood, orange cut in sections (or use Mandarin oranges) and water chestnuts if desired. Heat thoroughly and serve over brown rice (or noodles of your choice).
