Ingredients

    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 8 inner leaves
    Shrimp, raw, 16 oz
    Blue Crab, canned, 1 can (6.5 oz), drained
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Avocados, California (Haas), 1 fruit without skin and seeds
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Lime Juice, 0.5 cup
    Thai Chili Sauce, 3 tbsp
    Cucumber (peeled), 1 cup, pared, chopped

Directions

place raw shrimp and crab with lime juice and (optional)
hot sauce in an airight container and refigerate for
at least one hour
finely chop onion and garlic, and sautee with salt-substitute
and pepper until onion is almost transluscent
remove from heat and add chopped avocado and
chopped cucumber
combine with chili sauce, then heat on stovetop until just
warm
scoop 1/2-cup servings into romine lettuce "shells"
(makes 8 servings)
