    chicken apple sausage - sliced
    bag of sweet peppers
    1 onion


Slice the sausage, cook them up in a pan with a little olive oil when done remove sausage.

add a little more olive oil scrap the bottom of the pan and add sweet peppers and onions cook down.

Add chicken sausage back in and warm up and serve.
