Ingredients

    *Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.5 cup
    Lemon juice, 2 tbsp
    Butter, salted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)
    White Wine, 1 fl oz
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Parsley,2 tbsp
    Haddock (fish), 5 fillet

Directions

Press fish fillets into bread crumbs and place in baking sheet sprayed with Olive Oil PAM spray. Chop garlic and parsley and sprinkle over fish. Melt butter in microwave and add lemon juice. Sprinkle over fish. Pour white wine in corners of pan. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Fish will "poach" in wine. Tender and juicy!!
