    1/2 lb. ground turkey or chicken
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
    1/2 cup celery, thinly sliced
    1/2 cup carrots, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp each marjoram, dried rosemary (crushed)
    1 cup zucchini, chopped
    1 cup No-Salt crushed tomatoes
    2 cups cooked brown rice
    2 oz reduced fat Shredded cheddar


1. In Dutch oven, saute onion, green pepper, celery and carrots until tender. Add ground turkey and cook until brown. Add garlic and saute for 3 minutes more.
2. Add Worcestershire sauce, spices, zucchini and tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add cooked rice and simmer 5 minutes more.
3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
4. Pour turkey mixture into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake for 25 minutes. Sprinkle shredded cheddar on top. Return to oven and bake 5 minutes.
