    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 85 grams (remove)
    Gumbo File - Accurate Nutritional Data, 15 gram(s) (remove)
    Parsley, 28 grams (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 2 tsp (remove)
    Scallions, raw, 15 grams (remove)
    Chicken stock, home-prepared, 1 cup (remove)
    Smoked sausage, 16 oz (remove)
    Tomatoes (stewed), .75 cup (remove)
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)
    *Cajun Seasoning Blend, 3 tsp (remove)
    Chorizo, pork and beef, 2.5 oz (remove)

Directions

Cook bacon first, chopped into lardons, and separate out. Cook everything else in the bacon grease. Not too much. Best when reheated, so cool it and refrigerate before serving. Top with separate heap of crispy bacon lardons.
