Ingredients

    Beef, top sirloin, 16 oz
    *Amablu Gorgonzola Cheese, 4 oz
    *bacon great value lower sodium 2 pan fried, 4 serving
    *Spaghetti sauce, low sodium, 2 cup

Directions

Pound beef to approximatly a quarter inch thick. Pre cook bacon til crisp and crumble up. Lay beef out flat and fill with bacon and cheese, roll up tight and secure with tooth pick. place beef in a caserole dish small enough that they fit snugly together. Cover Beef with spaghettie sauce and cook at a low simmer of about 300 for an hour to an hour an a half. Makes 4 servings
