    4-5 Chicken Breasts (no skin)
    1/2 Cabbage, chopped
    2 T Canola Oil
    2 T Sesame Seeds
    2 T Tamari (G/F)
    1 Onion, sliced (optional)


1. Cook chicken in oil over medium heat in a large pan on the stovetop. The pan should have a lid as that will be needed to steam the cabbage.
2. Once meat is cooked through, add cabbage and onion to pan and cover.
3. Turn heat down slightly and cook until cabbage is wilted.
4. Once cooked, add tamari and sesame seeds.
5. Mix so that cabbage and meat are lightly coated.
6. Serve with brown rice. Serves 4-6, depending on amount of meat used.
