Ingredients

    1 pound ground turkey
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    1 large container cottage cheese
    4 cups of part-skim low moisture mozzarella cheese
    9 Lasagna noodles
    6 tbsp Parmesan cheese(as desired)


Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Brown 1 pound of ground turkey
Boil noodles al dente
In large bowl, mix spaghetti sauce, ground turkey, and cottage cheese
In 9X13 baking dish, create 3 layers:
3 noodles
spaghetti sauce mix
mozzarella cheese
parmesan

Cover with foil and bake for 55 minutes

Serves 12

    Made this for the family tonight...so amazing!! I loved it! Great flavor! I used whole wheat noodles and my husband didn't even know the difference!!! My 6yr old loved it! My only problem is that it came out of the oven VERY runny!! Not sure how to fix that, any suggestions I would gladly take them! - 6/12/10

    Interesting...mine was not runny. I however, did use very thick spaghetti sauce, so this would probably make a difference.

    Regular noodles...sorry. I cook them half way before putting the lasagna together
