Great with grilled tilapia. Great with grilled tilapia.

    1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and diced (about 1 1/2 cup)
    1/2 medium red onion, finely chopped
    1 Jalapeņo chile, minced (include ribs and seeds for a hotter taste if desired)
    3 Tbsp fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
    3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1 avocado diced
    1 diced red bell pepper
    1 diced jicama


Combine all ingredients (except fish and seasoning) in a bowl. You can puree in a food processor for more of a sauce rather than chunky salsa if you desire.
