This recipe is much like the Cook Yourself Version, but with a few tweaks. This recipe is much like the Cook Yourself Version, but with a few tweaks.
Number of Servings: 4


    * *Silk Soy Milk, .25 cup (remove)
    * Spinach, fresh, 4 cup (remove)
    * *Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, 20 oz (remove)
    * 1 egg
    * Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    * Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)
    * Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    * Bread, whole wheat (including toast), .7 oz (remove)
    * Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)

    For glaze:
    * *Ketchup, Heinz, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * *A1 steak Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp (remove)


Preheat oven to 37five.

Tear up bread into small pieces. Transfer into a bowl and poor milk over it. Cook onions until golden. Add spinach and cook until wilted.

Transfer to bowl with milk and crumbs. Mix all ingredients except the sauce ingredients. Portion into 4 mounds. Bake for approximately 40 minutes. Use sauce as a glaze. Apply it as they cook.
