    1 sweet red bell pepper, diced
    2 c. broccoli chopped
    1 zucchini sliced
    1 avocado cubed
    3 T. lemon juice
    4 T. balsalmic vinegarette dressing
    1 c. onions diced



1. Peel and remove the seed from the avocado. Cube avocado and place in small bowl with lemon juice and stir.
2. In a large bowl, combine diced red sweet pepper, sliced zucchini, chopped broccoli, and diced onion and stir.
3. Add avocado and balsalmic dressing to bowl. Stir until mixed.
