    2 cups flour
    4 tbs. buttermilk blend dry powder
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    2 generous tbs. unsalted butter
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. splenda
    2 generous tbsp. unsweetened applesauce
    2/3 c. water


Mix dry ingredients. Cut in butter. Add applesauce and water. Stir until mixed and comes together in a ball. Divide into 12 pieces and bake a 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
