    Chicken breast, boneless and skinless, 1 piece
    Original Spike seasoning, 1/2 tsp.
    Soy sauce, 1 tsp.
    Dijon mustard, 1 tsp.
    Ginger, minced, 1/2 tsp.
    Garlic, minced, 1 tsp.


1) Trim and rinse chicken breast, then split in two.
2) Season with the rest of the ingredients and place in oven-safe dish.
3) Bake in 370-degree oven for 30 minutes, or until done.
