    2 Earth Grains Thin Buns, split and toasted
    1 Seven ounce can chunk salmon without bones or skin, drained
    2 Tablespoons Miracle Whip (can lower calories if using "lite"
    1/2 medium tomato, chopped, seed area removed (to lower moisture content)
    2 Dill pickle spears, chopped


Stir all ingredients together except for Thin Buns. Top the 4 Thin Bun slices with equal amounts of mixture (to look like open faced sandwiches). Makes 2 servings, with each serving being 2 slices. Or you could have four servings if just having it for a light snack for half the calories. Would also be great with baby spinach or mixed greens on it.
