    1/3 cup walnut pieces
    2 crisp apples
    2 cups shredded red cabbage
    2 cups shredded green cabbage
    3 T vinaigrette dressing


1. Spread the walnuts on a paper towel. Microwave on High for 1 minute. Place in a bowl.
2. Cut the apples into quarters and remove the cores. Thinly slice the apples and add them to the bowl with the red and green shredded cabbage, strawberries and vinaigrette. Toss well.

Serves 4
