    1/4 lb (113 g) fresh asparagus
    2 T apricot preserves
    1 T low-sodium soy sauce
    1/4 t minced garlic
    1/8 t salt


Preheat oven to 400.

Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil, coat foil with cooking spray.

Mix soy sauce, garlic, preserves, and salt; coat asparagus with mixture. Spread asparagus out on cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 7-10 minutes (depends on thickness of asparagus stalks). Serve immediately.
