    2 cups squash, sliced
    1 onion chopped
    10 saltines. crushed
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 cup milk
    1 egg


layer squash onion and saltines twice. Mix milk and egg and pour over the top.

Bake with foil over it for first 20 minutes. Remove foil the last fifteen and add grated cheese.
